In this Privacy Policy we detail how we protect your data and keep it safe. Santinela are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of all visitors to our web site. We do not pass on your details to any other company or organisation for any purpose.

Types of data we collect

Our website use cookies to collect information. This includes information about browsing behaviour by people who access the site, this includes pages viewed and the customer journey around the actual site.  We do not capture any personal details from cookies, the only data collected is the standard IP address of the visitor.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.santinela.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailings

We will only mail to people for specific reasons and all mailing will fall under the provisions of the EU GDPR policy. This includes current subscribers to newsletters, people that we are already ‘connected with’ in some form or manner, ie: from various social platforms such as Facebook or Linked in.  People that have been referred to us by current clients.  People that we have met at meetings, networking events, seminars workshops, exhibitions. Mailings may be updates, blogs, news or current affairs information, deemed relevant to the recipient.

Mailing Lists

When you register for our e-newsletter we request your name and email address in order to be able to mail out the next version of the latest news. We also collect the name of the company that you work for and your job function in order to provide more contextual, topical information, that is relevant to people in your profession.  We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter content. If at anytime you wish to cease all contact with us, you can simply unsubscribe to general mailings by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. Upon receipt of such request all your contact data will be deleted from all records.
